Roast lamb in Italian style

Recipe for preparing a delicious roasted lamb chop

Ingredients:

- 1.5 Kg lamb chop

- smoked bacon

- fresh rosemary

- frying oil

- one teaspoon of mustard

- onion, garlic

- one tablespoon of tomato paste

- one teaspoon of honey

- salt, pepper

Preparation

After the lamb chop and bacon were passed through finely chopped rosemary they are put on the stove. After roasting them in oil, you add water and boil the meat until it softens. After the meat has softened, we put it in a heated bowl.

We use the oil left from the meat to roast the onion and garlic after which we add the mustard, tomato paste and spices. Then you cook it at 200 degrees until it turns red .

When serving you can add a potato side dish.
