Beef steak with Aioli sauce

Special recipe for preparing beef steak


Ingredients:

- 400 g beef sirloin

- olive oil

- spices: salt, pepper

- 2 cloves of roasted garlic, crushed

- 1 egg yolk

- one teaspoon of mustard

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- one tablespoon of lemon juice

Preparation:

To make the aioli you mix the garlic, the egg yolk, mustard and olive oil. We stir until it hardens and then add lemon juice and spices.

After dipping the meat slices in olive oil, you add the spices. You roast them on the grill to your taste.

They can be served with potato chips.
